I really like this toothbrush. But dont take my word. . . .my dentist thought I was being more diligent flossing. I wasnt. Besides that, if you ever have to interact with the customer service you will be pleasantly surprised. In today's age, its not common to find customer service people looking to support and help. Love your product. It really works. No kidding around. It's great for whitening the teeth and great for the gums. I was a skeptic at first but my husband kept insisting to try it. So I did. Received this toothbrush to replace my SNOW one. It is twice the price but also smaller and more compact. I see more red light than blue light and wish it would change while brushing. Also there is no timer to let you know when the 2 minutes are up. Or the brush should turn off. So it's a guessing game. The button on the Brush body is difficult to push on, and inconvenient to get it started once in the mouth. Ill keep it but honestly the SNOW is better
