While returns are quite rare, we do recognize that our products may not be perfect for each and every person.

If for any reason you are simply not satisfied, you can return any purchase (opened or unopened) within 60 days of the date of shipment for a refund of the full product price. No questions asked…truly. It’s that simple.

Our Returns Process

To return an item(s), please email us at customercare@oralucent.com or call our Customer Care Team at 877-379-8781.

  1. We will issue a Return Authorization Number, which is required when returning products not giving you 100% satisfaction.
  2. Our Customer Care Team will share how to return the item(s) to us.  Please return all components in original packaging. Include your name, order number, phone number, address and Return Authorization Number.  We will supply the correct return shipping address when you contact us for a Return Merchandise Number.
  3. Once we receive your returned item within 60 days of purchase, your refund will be processed immediately.
