We love it my husband and I…but … I bought it for the both of us at xmas … first his died into about 5 months they stood buy Their product and sent him a new one and then just a month ago both of ours died …. I just bought us both another one …. They aren’t cheap but we do love the brush

One toothbrush lost vibration - but as it was on warranty - I got replacement - free - fast, so customer service is good.
I think it does the basic functions as prescribed and if those blue/red lights have some benefits, why not to please your teeth ...

First toothbrush lasted 6 months then died - wouldn't charge. Got a free replacement - and that one lasted about the same period of time - same issue. Not worth the money. Poor quality.
