SHIPPING
Oralucent offers a variety of shipping methods and shipping rates. Generally, the Pro Edition toothbrush must be shipped by ground due to the integration of a lithium ion battery. However, you can fly with the Pro Edition in your carry on luggage. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the value of the order and the selected method.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from customercare@oralucent.com with tracking information.
After you place an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking information and our Customer Care contact details, should you require assistance. Orders are shipped the same day up to the shipping cutoff at 10AM EST.
