Oralucent offers multiple shipping methods and shipping rates ranging from free ground shipping on orders with a value of $189 or greater. Expedited shipping may be available in the continental US for additional fee(s).
Generally, the Pro Edition toothbrush must be shipped by ground due to the integration of a lithium ion battery.
However, you can fly with the Pro Edition in your carry on luggage.
The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the value of the order, distance, and the selected method.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays.
- Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day.
- Orders are processed daily until noon eastern time.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from customercare@oralucent.com with tracking information.
After you place an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking information and our Customer Care contact details, should you require assistance.
