SHIPPING
ralucent offers multiple shipping methods and shipping rates ranging from Free Ground Shipping on orders of $169 or more to UPS 3-Day Select for an additional fee.
Generally, the Pro Edition toothbrush must be shipped by ground due to the integration of a lithium ion battery. However, you can fly with the Pro Edition in your carry on luggage.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the value of the order and the selected method.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1 business day. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from customercare@oralucent.com with tracking information.
After you place an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains your tracking information and our Customer Care contact details, should you require assistance. Orders are shipped up to the shipping cutoff at 12PM EST.
