Oralucent offers free standard shipping for all orders in the Continental United States over $40.  For orders under $40, the shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with the exception of US holidays. Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3-4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from  customercare@oralucent.com with tracking information.

While returns are quite rare, we do recognize that our products may not be perfect for each and every person.

If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return any purchase (opened or unopened) within 60 days of the date of shipment for a refund of the full product price. No questions asked. It’s that simple.

We will issue a Return Authorization Number, which is required when returning products not meeting your full satisfaction. Our Customer Care Team will share instructions on how to return the item(s).  Please send back all components in original packaging if possible. Include your name, order number, phone number, address and Return Authorization Number.  We will supply the correct return shipping address when you contact us for a Return Merchandise Number. Once we receive your returned item within 60 days of purchase, your refund will be processed immediately.
